Winners of the 2008 Christian G. Malcolm Kehm Memorial Scholarship

Thanks to the combined efforts of the Clan MacCallum/Malcolm Society, Alexis Malcolm Kilts and Charlie Kehm, in cooperation with Clan Gunn members, four piping scholarships will be awarded this summer in memory of Christian G.
Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting in September, there will be a vote on both proposed Articles of Incorporation and proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the organization. The documents are attached to this article.
MacCallum/Malcolm DNA Study

The study of our paternal DNA may provide links to our ancestors. Familytree DNA project is one such project. A MacCallum/Malcolm study is already under way. This study is not sanctioned by the MacCallum/Malcolm Clan Society. As a society, we would like our members to be aware of this study should they chose to participate. The study web site is http://www.ftdna.com/surname_join.aspx?code=Q74740. For the purpose of establishing genealogy roots to Scotland, the Male 37 Y chromosome marker test is the most useful.
