Clan Societies

Clan Societies are organizations that are associated with a specific clan. Also, different societies have different rules for membership. Make sure you check on that aspect as well.

Note: Membership in a clan society does not mean that you are a member of the clan itself.

Family Associations

This is a list of family name organizations that aren't recognized as being a clan or don't identify themselves as being a clan but are Scottish families.

Unofficial Clan/Family Sites

There are a number of web sites that represent families but aren't sponsored or endorsed by the associated family society or there is no official society. In some cases, they may be well done personal pages dedicated to the clan or family.
